In general, amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and/or Future Land Use Map (FLUM) can be adopted only twice per year. Small scale map amendments, as defined in § 163.3187(1)(c), FS, are exempt from the twice per year adoption rule and have a shorter adoption time frame. Contact the Comprehensive Planner for exceptions to this rule.

A pre-application meeting is required prior to submitting an application.
Applications are available online by clicking “Documents” on the left hand button bar then under the Applications folder.
