Ordinance: REGISTRATION OF ABANDONED REAL PROPERTY

Florida Property Registration Corporation is the vendor that administers the Vacant/Abandoned Property Registration Program for the City of Fort Myers.

For all Registration Remittances: Register online at www.vacantregistry.com through the Electronic Registration Portal.  If you do not have logon credentials you may register online and you will receive an activation link.  Once you have completed your registrations, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided for your logon credentials. Please remit payment made out to FPRC and be sure to include your invoice or the transactionID provided. You will receive a sales receipt within 24 hours of our receipt of payment.  If you are submitting payment for a registration that is already subject to a notice of violation, please include a copy of the violation and FPRC will prioritize and notify the government partner of compliance.
